When you say she stinks, is it an odour coming from her rear end or does she fart a lot?
If it is farting then look to your dogs diet. Try changing to another dry food, change your mince - try chicken/kangaroo/premium steak/ whatever. Just change one at a time and try for a few days to see if that helpos. She may have a grain intolerance so also loopk for some grain free dry.
If it is a body odour, then maybe the anal gland is blocked and needs to be cleaned. Your vet will do it for you but you can do it yourself. Not a pleasant job and I would rather pay someone to do it.
On the recall I always teach my dogs their name first until every time, from wherever you call, she looks at you. Then the recall. Start on lead. Leave her sitting and step away. As you get to the end of the leash start to run and call her exitedly slapping your leg closest to her. Reward her when she gets to you. Repeat repeat repeat and then gradually extend the distance you walk away. Always have a high value reward and give it to her as soon as she gets to you.
The trick is for you to be more rewarding than going off with the fairies.
