Yep, the mince I buy has organs and bones as well as meat. Breasts, tenderloins or other parts that were too small for sale get thrown in the mincer along with the bone. Many places don't use high percentages of meat/organs and mostly use frames so just make sure to ask exactly what goes in the mince. It's usually pretty easy to tell which places only use frames. I like that my supplier makes it to order and if they don't have a high enough frame to meat ratio they call and let me know it will be an extra day before I can pick it up.
