Any of the Breeders here have contracts on their puppies when they sell them ?
Just curious what you guys think about contracts...
I myself think if you are paying a lot of money for a dog you should have
the right to do what you want with that dog.
Many Breeders on other sites get right into this topic and fight over it.
They believe all dogs must be placed on contracts to protect the buyer..
Once told a long time ago, parents with perfect hip & elbow scores can still
produce pups with low scoring or even HD.
It's a win win situation and unfortunatley no one can be certain that anything can
not go wrong.
Parents with bad scoring can produce perfect score pups..
A pup that jumps off & on the back of utes in it's young life can also get HD
so personally I think if you have done health testing on both parents the new
pup owner should be able to do what they want.
If you have contracts could you post up the agreement so we could have a read...
