ALL kittens are devil spawn wrapped in cuteness!
Speaking of bones in general...i have become a poop watcher with my dogs. Too firm, lessen the bones or change to Lamb bones. Too loose ( hardly ever) increase the bones. The marrow in large quantities can give the looser version of poop LOL
Mine get at least a bone a day.....I use any bone, but for my puppies I often stuck to brisket bones and vertebrae. I personally only give them the heavy marrow bones whole, not cut in half. They have to work really hard to get to the marrow and often the bone is thrown out by me, before they even get there. I only allow bones to hang around for two days, sometimes longer in Winter. Just remember dried bones (from the sun) are just like cooked bones.
Some people do not like weight bearing bones, but i have always fed them......Since forever ( I am one of the older ones here) and my parents before me. As long as they are fresh. Our size dogs ( mastiffs and newfs) cope quite well with them.
I love the pictures, very special and very cute.....Totally huggable
Pets are forever
My dog gets a fresh bone when I go out in the morning. And promptly goes to dig a hole to bury it.
A couple of times she's dug one up in the evening and smuggled it inside! Eeew! Nothing like getting out of bed to go pick up a slimy, muddy half-chewed bone to go chuck it back outside.
Gorgeous pooch!! We have given Oskar a couple of massive bones from the butchers, and he is still poopin like a champ lol, we keep them in the freezer, I reckon the cold is great comfort on his little gums, and it keeps him out of trouble for hours!
There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.
