Training Tips for People with Physical Limitations.
Has anyone got some training tips for people with physical limitations? I am looking for some simple training tips that make things less painful and thought someone may have some ideas and it may even help others with sore knees, backs etc.
I have permanent nerve root damage from a motorbike accident to my C spine with a vertebral fusion at C5-C6 and am unable to move my left arm above shoulder height on a good day and from the elbow on a bad day, and some days I would love to gnaw my knee off as well as my shoulder. I am finding it really hard some days to throw a ball/toy far enough to play catch and even walk to retrieve it.
If anyone has some tricks they use to get around physical problems I would love to hear them.
