I am agreeing with that you need to find out cause.
It might be a separation thing and she just wants to be close to you and she is thinking that you are leaving her behind.
If this is so During the daylight hours and if you have the time. place her in there and and walk away. As soon as she stops the barking let her out straight away. In time she will understand that you are coming back. But that is if this is the cause only and worth a try.
One other thing you come try to do is to tire her out before placing her in there.
