I don't know whether the OP is for real or not and won't weigh into that but I do know a little bit about dingoes and quite a lot about Whippets.
Pure Dingoes are much like any other dog until they reach about 9 months of age then it's like a switch goes off and they are indifferent to humans and almost impossible train and are difficult to contain.
There are also very few pure bred Dingoes out there so any X with a Dingo is likely to be diluted several times over.
As for Whippets a breed I know very well. This breed is very easy to train but being sight hounds they will only be responsive to the newer reward based training methods or they will shut down. Very typical of any of the sight hound breeds.
I could remove the fences here and my Whippets would not leave home. But like any dog if they are not provided companionship, attention & stimulation at home they will look for it elsewhere.
