    Default Kransky's Petition

    Dear friends,
If you haven't already done so, please sign and share our petition to Federal Transport Minister Anthony Albanese, calling on him to change animal transport practises at Australian Airports, following the terrible death of our beloved Kransky, a 6 year old French Bulldog, whilst he was in transit at Sydney Airport in February this year.
    Thank you and kind regards,
    Belinda McClory and Jon Hewitt

Qantas refused to fly all short nosed breeds last year, this year they have just started to fly them again, but only on flights of under 5 hrs.

I have not read your entire story but got the impression he was left on tarmac?

Very sad and for an older Braccy breed that could certainly be a death sentence.

Sorry but I will not sign because all they will do is refuse to fly short nosed breeds again and if other airlines are involved here then they may ban them too.

I do know of a Cattledog puppy left on tarmac for over an hour on a hot day, he arrived dehydrated but alive, a short nosed breed would have been amost certainly dead, so
take care in what you want to bring on.

They will blame the breed not the deed, as they do.

Sorry for your loss and pain you feel.
