Have you considered puppy school? You and your puppy will be taught basic obedience and socialisation skills.
In terms of health and care, your puppy still needs 3 meals a day, supervision, stimulation and direction.
Vaccination is critical to a puppies immunity from the worst diseases and worming is also paramount.
Flea treatments, grooming, bathing, nail clipping and exercise (even during play) is also very basic and fundamental care.
You have the wellbeing of a young pup in your hands and it is certainly not to be taken lightly. Hitting or smaking is very much a negative believe me and inhumane, in particular at this pups age.
Sorry to be harsh, but this puppy is not a disposable commodity. He is very much a lifetime commitment.
