I was not saying to ignore or turn a blind eye to anything I just think you need more than just hearing a dog being screamed at to take it to the RSPCA & to make sure you had ALL the facts first.
I have had numurous dealings with the RSPCA & have to say without better evidence or at least someone else to back your story up they would tell you theres nothing they could do.
As for Bundy's story that is reportable but again not much will come of it unless the owners are dumb enough to admitt they knew the dog was very sick but did not get it a vet. Otherwise most will just say but we didn't know the pup was sick & it just suddenly died, without a body there really is not anything the RSPCA could do.
I am afraid the RSPCA is too busy with horrendous cases of crulity, publisity, raising funds & looking after the dogs in their shelters to be able to visit every cruelity case they are advised of. They have to take a worse case first type approach to cruelity report phone calls.
Why I susjested the op get evideince is because a ph report that the caller informs them that they have the person of interest on tape(voice or film) is alot more likely to get looked into.
Dogs make everyday life enjoyable...........
