Thread: Norwegian Buhund Breeder?

  1. #11

I would have a chat to a few people who have imported dogs and had breeds recognised.

Jaqui was the first (and only) person in Aus to import Xoloitzcuintle, she got the breed recognized by the ANKC and is currently showing them.

This is her website, it would be well worth getting in touch with her to talk about importing and getting a breed recognized:
    Xoloaus, Xoloitzcuintle, Bunbury, WA, Australia

It cost more than 10k generally yet our $$ is good atm.
I import livestock & have 2 imported dogs.
I would put aside more like 20k once everyones payed.
    Dogs make everyday life enjoyable...........

thankfully Crested_Love Norwegian Buhund is already recognised by ANKC. So I simply have to register as a breeder.

I know how much it is going to hurt the pocket but think these little cuties are worth it. Great family dogs and have the potential to be a popular working dog in the cooler parts of Australia.

It is somehting I am planing on in the future and not doing straight away.

And if anyone beats me in importing these beautiful dogs, I would like to pre-order a puppy now

Oooh sorry they are too, I didn't realise! Well that makes the process a bit easier then.

    They are beautiful dogs.
