Ok so something we have noticed and then documented and discovered........
Boof n Lilly (Lilly more so) go hypo after eating kibble.
As a general rule the only time they get kibble is in their treat ball and kong when I go to work so they are kept occupied. However if I feed them sardines, salmon or tuna, I add their dry kibble to it to make the meal larger.
They are fed EP Holistic Select Anchovy only and on the evenings they get it they play at 100 mile an hour til 9.30 10 o'clock..... they are fed by 8pm. On the nights that they get chicken mince or roo meat with egg or yoghurt (each night varies) they settle by about 8.30 or 9 at the latest and slink in to bed quietly by themselves and barely stir (if at all) all night. After kibble they wake repeatedly.
Wondering if anyone else has ever noticed this? It's almost like giving a kid red cordial before bed time, LOL!
