Hi guys...I'm new here, and I need some urgent info.
Dog Training, Obedience Training & Dog Boarding Kennels
This place...I have booked my dog in for a two week training 'course'. I spoke to a lovely young lady on the phone, who assured me that the dog would be well cared for etc etc etc. I finished the conversation excited about the care my dog would get, and having him back trained.
Then, I started to do a bit of research, and came upon comments like the following:
Very disappointing experience After boarding our dog there for a 2 week obedience course, we returned to find him with bleeding sores, a growth on his paw and in a stressed and depressed state. God knows what went on, but it took reports to the NSW RSPCA and an Office of Fair Trading tribunal to get a refund.ok so i went here with my 6 months old puppy who was getting way too crazy to handle so i hoped they could fix them. they said they could fix him and even more! stop digging, barking, jumping up! when i return my pup had sores on both hes legs, same spot and when we came home he wen back to his old ways within hours. waste of money and its hard to go back and dig in these bad memories but i really wanna let other know how bad these people are.BEWARE BEWARE. I have worked here and saw the female owner (yes the OWNER) Luana Osman hitting a labrador very badly with a batton because it was jumping up on her. I resigned that day. shocking organisation. They should NOT be allowed to operate.Does anyone know anything about this mob? I certainly do not want to leave my pal with someone who is going to be cruel to him, or treat him poorly.Didnt want to give money back! I bought a pup from these guys costing well over a $1000 I received no pedigree no papers. The poor pup was delivered to me sick and although rushed to the vets died in 1 day. They then refused to give my money back. I had to initiate legal action to get my money back but was still out of pocket for travel costs and vet bills. Dont buy a dog from them.
If I can try and justify myself as to why I'm putting him into a course to be trained.... He is a new pup, well, he's 7 months old now...and he's wild. I am self employed, and unfortunately I simply don't have the time to invest in training him properly, so I was hoping that someone could give him a kickstart, and I could just reinforce and continue on....
I love my dog, and I enjoy being with him, but want him trained...
So please, if somebody could give me some info to either warn me, or reassure me...that would be great.
PM is fine if you don't want to make public comment.
Thanks in advance.
