Have you heard about Doggy Fun Day? This year, for the first time, Maitland will be hosting the event that was previously held at Empire Park in Newcastle.
Whether young and old, canine or human, you will be sure to enjoy this day of pampering, playing and parading, as we come together to celebrate ‘man’s best friend’.
Not only for dog owners, this event aims to attract and entertain all members of the community with a range of programs and activities on offer. While this event is mainly free, a few low costs will be in place for some activities to ensure that the event is accessible for participation by as many people as possible. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase goods from a range of stalls that will be available on the day.
DETAILS: Doggy Fun Day will be held on the 4th and 5th of September 2010
WHERE: Morpeth Common, Edward Street, Morpeth
COST: Gold Coin Donation (doggy goods available for purchase)
