I think if they're trying to do their best, then shouldn't they be worth educating?
MAC, I definitely understand where you're coming from when you say it's "sometimes it's best to let one go for the sake of so many". I also think that not everyone can be so tough-skinned about it, and perhaps that's what's so frustrating about it?
