Here's a lesson for you
If you are doing customer service - this includes a volunteer at dog training - and you are taking money, it is not appropriate to be a total ****ing cow.
I went up to pay. Rufus saw Benson - they had just seen each other in the carpark. I said to Benson - calm down you just saw him.
This bitch says - in the nastiest voice she can muster - you can see he is having trouble with his dog, will you take two or three steps back.
Now I have NO problem with people suggesting things like that - however, aside from the face we know each other (same class - only 4-6 ppl in our class), her tone of voice made me want to knock her into next week.
I could have sat back but nooo - I says - Look - we are all volunteers - you are here to help, I dont need to be here, I choose to be here, don't ever use that tone of voice with me again.
So she goes into - if you cant see what your dog was doing - I cut her off and said - no - your tone of voice was not appropriate.
We had a good class though - and Frank - guy with the shep - thought she was a right bitch too - he didn't think Rufus was egging Benson on and he probably didnt think too much of her questioning his handling skills
