Oh AGB I think I'm in luuuuurve with you! I'm going to print off all these yummy recipes tomorrow. (Except for the one with mango in it bleerk)
I have a slow cooker and pretty much all I've cooked in it is lamb shanks - nooo other way to cook them, the meat falls off the bone. I just whack them in with a tin of crushed tomatoes and whatever herbs I have on hand for about 6 hours. Serve with mashed taties and yummo!
I'll have some more recipes to try out - main problem with a slow cooker is the excrutiatingly mouth-watering smells in the house while it's cooking!
