I'm sorry to hear your sad news Angela.
Sorry for your loss
Education not Legislation
I have discussed, with my family about the fact that I very well may not beat this cancer of mine, yet I intend to. I asked them "would you love me enough to let me go if I was so tired and worn out from the fight or there was nothing left to do for me. (they have all been through this recently last year with my mother's death so they knew what I was asking.) They said yes. They said it without having to think too much about it as they had already experienced the blessed relief for all that it can be, when it gets to that stage and how, even though we wish so much for them not to go from us we do have to ask ourselves..would we really wish them back to continue with their battle. The answer of course is no. Now comes the hard part of reconciling ourselves to the loss. Trust me, it does come in time. Hugs.

Honour his memory by remembering the good times, not the bad.
In My Home Dog Minding
So sorry to hear about your loss. I do hope once the sorrow isn't as raw any more, you will remember all the good times you and your cousin had and will be able to smile with the memories of him. I imagine that he was fairly young and it is never easy when someone hasn't lived a long and full life. Take heart that he isn't sufffering with the terrible illness any more.
Thinking of you in your time of loss. May angels keep you company and keep you safe and well!
