You could try the dead pose? but standing up. (meant to be done laying down)
Close your eyes, then on an IN breath (through nose) scrunch your toes for 3 secs then release toes on an OUT breath (through mouth) for 3 seconds, then calves,then theighs,buttocks, tummy,clunch hands,biceps,chest then finally jaw (all for the 3 secs in and 3 secs out)...important to focus on the breathing,by the time your finished you may feel relaxed.
