OH finally got around to emptying the pond out side. We dont think it had been touched in about 2 years (the first owners had an amazing garden but the last owners killed off most of it)
The water was so green you couldn't see the bottem, it was gross.
Much to our shock we've found at least 4 large goldfish still alive.
We're going to rescue them tonight so we can clean out the pond tomorrow.
I know to keep them in the same water and introduce clean water slowly to get them used to it.
But I've never owned pond fish, apart from checking the Ph levels of the water and feeding them (No idea what with) does anyone know what else I should do?
