Hi all. Well, it wasn't much better last night with Inca. If anything it was worse, as she physically started throwing her body against the back door and doorframe.
That was not funny, due to the fact that to be that stressed she could bloody hurt herself!
In the end, the answer appeared and I must say is NOT something I would normally do...
Many ppl here have their puppies in their bedrooms at night, but I never have. Well last night I did.
My bedroom has a door that opens onto a verandah that runs round to the back deck and back yard. When she started throwing her body-weight against that door too, I opened it in despair. (Sorry MAC, not something I would ever normally do, but don't want to have any broken bones or busted glass doors!)
She ran in, plopped herself down beside my bed immediately, and that was the last I heard of her until I got up this morning. Even when I got up, she still didn't need to go to the toilet for about an hour after! Bloody hell, what a bladder!
I also noticed that this morning she seems much more relaxed, and more confident in wandering outside by herself to play and chew her morning bone.
Hmmm, I think I will get a good night's sleep tonight.
