AGB, you've beaten me to it, I've been procrastinating about starting a name and shame thread where we own up to out weights and what we would like to weigh. Hadn't worked up the courage to do it!
I lost around 20kgs about 3 years ago, and have more or less maintained a weight of 82kgs over that time. I am guessing I was about 102-105 kgs. I'm 5'8" tall. I knew I needed to lose another 10kgs, but have been happy just to maintain for that time.
However, in the months leading up to christmas, I noticed my clothes getting tight, and was horrified to discover I've gained back 5 or 6 kilos! So my NY resolution was to shed those extra kgs. I've lost about 2kgs so far. I was 85 kgs yesterday.
The only thing I do is go on a BUDGET, not a diet. I tell myself I can't afford to spend money on drive-thru, or on sweets, chippies, etc. I basically cut out all that junk/snack food. My brain accepts the idea of a budget, whereas if I think I'm on a diet, I eat like there's no tomorrow.
There! I've done it! If I fess up I've gained weight at any time, I want to be told off!
