Not like backs that go bad...
My back is gonna get you man!!
But backs that are painful, sore, uncomfortable. What happened to you, and how do you deal with it?
I will start for me!!
Ever since I was a kid I was too tall for standard tables - at primary school, I had to get an art table put my classroom so I was comfortable. I always looked down to speak to people (no comment from the peanut gallery ) and essentially did a lot of damage to my neck.
When I was 16 I had a bad fall off a horse and was stood on - left buttock and spine.
So all of those factors plus others including big boobs and big other things meant that I developed some back pain - especially in my left sciatic nerve.
I find stretching really helps - over extending the muscle group seems to stretch most of the discomfort out
I most walk in sport shoes and never in heels - at 6ft who needs heels?
I get a massage for my neck as needed - as I can get it
I take few drugs but if I am getting really bad migraines as a result of my neck and spine I will take mersyndol which puts me out like a light.
I find sleeping on harder surfaces better
Finally, I find yoga helps, but I rarely do it?
