Add me to the bad person with no friends as well .
I will never , EVER , take the chance that my dogs are perhaps having a bad day or whatever. It is not upto me to stop the child from approaching a strange dog , its upto the childs mother.
So who's at fault then if my dog actually bit a child that had just suddenly raced up and got in her face ?
My children have been taught that they are to NEVER go upto a strange dog without asking the owners permission.
Its common sense, something I thought was standard across parenting , obviously not.
