This is what a PUREBRED Staffy *Staffordshire Bull Terrier* looks like and pretty good specimens if I have to say to myself!
Phew...I can't even contemplate where to start when it comes to irresponsible breeding. SO MANY crossbreeds, mix breeds and pure breeds end up at the pound.
It is not us assuming the worst...it was you say you were thinking of breeding with him!
I am as pissed off as AF...you call you dog IT?!?
True...forums are for chatting...getting information etc, but we are all individuals and have our own opinions. If you ask a question or ask for our opinion...expect to get an honest and true answer.
Trust me...your dog is NOT a Staffy and probably a crossbred AmStaff or Pitbull.
Was thinking mmmm too I must admit.
Hey chop check out the thread on what is a BYB?
ETA might answer your question ?

It's safe to assume then that you are in fact breeding these dogs, these Amstaff x APBT . You mentioned papers in the other thread, what papers would they be ?
What lines are you breeding?
I take it your Amstaff is papered, what breeding ? It will (should) be on the papers that came with your dog.
The APBT wont have papers so thats a moot point ......but what lines do you claim to have there ?
Do you have photos of these dogs?
On average how often do you breed these Amstaff x APBT ?
GageDesign Pet PhotographySite still in construction so will post link when it's finished.

I can't offer any helpful info but I just wanted to ask, is calling a dog a "staffy" bad is it?
Im only asking because i often refer to them as Staffy's but don't want to offend owners etc...
TIA (and sorry for hijacking!)
Yeah I call them Staffys too
Education not Legislation
I've always said "staffy" as well :/
