Yep. JRT. I'd bank on it. Their ears should never stand up - if they do they are a crossbred.
Here's some more for comparison:

Often anything with a similar colouring gets labelled a Jack Russell. Make sure if you want the genuine article that you get one from good recognised breeders with registration papers from the ANKC.

Thanks for all replies, I'm tracking down a JRT breeder now.
ears in look a little beagle like to me..
The parson russell terrier and the jack russell terrier is basically the same dog. The only reason the word parson was used is because the Jack Russell Terrier Club of Great Britain was against kennel club registration of this working breed so the word "Parson" was used for legal reasons. To make it more confusing to most Australian,s, in Australia we also have the ANKC Jack Russell Terrier which is made up of many breeds including jack russell terrier, corgi, dachshund, sealyham and cairn terriers and the early colonial den dogs.
Parsons and Jacks are not basically the same thing, they are separate recognised breeds.
Many terrier breeds, and many other breeds for that matter, share similar ancestry if you look far enough back. That doesn't make those breeds the same thing, they have been standardised and selectively bred for generations.

What I am trying to say is " Parson" is just another name for the Jack Russell Terrier. If you look at dogs from organizations like the Jack Russel Terrier club of Great Britain and the Jack Russell Terrier club of America they will look nothing like the ANKC Jack Russell Terrier but will look almost identical to the ANKC Parson Russell Terrier as does the first Jack Russell Terrier to come to Australia,(Heythrop Taff) in 1981. The ANKC is partly to blame for the incorrect labelling and research of these breeds in Australia.
