    Default All grown up

Finn is now just over 12 months old!

He's had a few different haircuts in his life already... Lamb clip, Finn clip (shot body, flared legs), Miami clip (current).

This was his look for Christmas

I'm currently attempting to grow his body out so I can clip the sides down leaving a mohawk right down his back, which I might attempt to colour. Then He'll be getting desexed and a gastropexy so once his hair is growing back from that I'm going to attempt to put him into a short-ish HCC - Historically Correct Continental clip

One thing he'll never have is a fluffy face! I cannot stand fluffy faces, they're just WAY too messy! Finn's face gets shaved with a #40 blade in reverse (leaves basically no hair) every 10 days or so.

    Nice pix.

I think I'd be scared of shaggy ears too. I know a few spaniels who like to dip their ears into food and water and yuck.

    Thanks TTD

Yes Hyacinth, his ears are just now becoming problematic... I've never trimmed his ears or tail. Tail is doing okay so far (No poo on it yet!)... Ears are getting in food and he's just started chewing on them -_-

I really want to keep growing them out long enough to braid the ends, so will see how we go. Might have to get him a snood for meal times!
