So ok naturally I love my little baby and I actually think she's doing very well with toilet training. She pretty good at holding in Number 2 until we can get her outside morning and night, but number 1 is presenting a wee problem. It's partly my fault I need to remember to start restricting how much water access she has during the day when we are out. She stays in her own room and has an indoor tray which she is very good at using if I am in the room but completely ignores if i'm not there. The floor is a floating wooden floor which is currently getting moped on a nightly basis and fresh newspaper is being put down but I wonder if I'm using the right stuff to clean it with? At the moment I'm using an eco friendly floor wash so no ammonia smell but she just keeps going back to her favourite spots.
I'm going to get so proper dog odour removal stuff on saturday but what else should I do to encourage her to use the tray if she can't hold on? Or is there something else I should be doing to make her favourite spots less attractive? At the moment it doesn't even matter if her toys are there she'll just pee on top of them
