Your bub is only very young, this sweet souls Mum would have kept her spotlessly clean herself, up until this point. So this, along with many other things are a new experience.
A soft face washer is good, along with a comfortable water temp. Keep bath time short, fuss free and simple for now. Reward her afterwards with a gorgeous rub in the towel, praise and a treat.
I would highly recomend Alloveen shampoo by Dermcare as the Ph level is designed for doggies special skin. It is around $20 for an average bottle but lasts a long time. Soap can damage the Ph of dogs skin (esspecially puppies) and then you may face another hurdle.
Lastly remember your puppy is very much a baby. She will improve and learn to enjoy bathtime over a short time if it is a positive, rewarding experience.
