Sorry about the moderated post - it was because you put the link in it and it's only your second post. I'm not sure how many posts you have to make before we trust you're not spamming but 2 isn't enough. And it looks like an ordinary post to me so i don't always notice to fix it until someone complains (usually the poster) about not being able to see it. Anyone who wants to go to the link will have to cut and paste and remove the spaces... google proofing.
I hate when people misuse the word "chemical" when they mean toxic or harmful chemicals. Oxygen and water are chemicals. We're made of chemicals. We breath chemicals and we are one big chemical reaction. Or lots of little ones.
So Laura D - how often do you wash your dog with soap and not just plain water?
There are some people who are allergic to water and some tap water has a lot of chlorine and other salts in it - especially adelaide water.
What Grevillia47 said about the tea - you make tea (and you put it in a bucket of cold water?) and when it's cool you sponge it on the dog. Didn't really do a lot for my dog, not as much as keeping her off the grass and going to the beach more (salt and rotting sea veg gets hosed off after with plain water).
