Whilst we know that all living creatures die, most of us would want this to be in fast, method. I agree that they all die regardless, but some will die fast, some like those in video of OP die in agony.
I'm happy that when i meet mother nature, i can testify that anything i killed, died rapidly. Even fishing, i kill immediately if not returning. I don't keep em alive like my grandfather would his.
Draining blood from an open wound, is not required by my religion, being respectful of animals that share my world is.
Isn't one of the signs of a psychopath torturing animals.. There is no agree to disagree, that is just sick.
Wow. Sociopath tendencies and all >.>
Not sure about slow painful death vs quick one.
Plenty of smokers opt for slow painful.
Personally - I find meat from a grass eating animal that has not been stressed out before dying - much better quality than meat from an animal that has been beaten and freaked out first. And I know that because I've eaten farm killed meat - where the animal never knew it was about to die vs the traditional Australian abbatoir - where the animals were were beaten up the ramp and saw the critter in front of them freak out and die.
Even fish killed by a spike to the brain - are better eating than ones left to suffocate out of water.
And dogs being predators and scavengers - are not going to be nice eating. A bit like the difference between a chicken and a seagull. Not that I've eaten seagull but I've heard it's rank. I've also heard that the koreans toture dogs to harvest the stress hormone and then use it in some sort of "natural medicine".
I think it's going to be a long time before most humans behave humanely everywhere - and it will never be 100%.
