Bronx has eaten them all?
Bronx has eaten them all?
Ha,ha....good one Bernie !!!
Sorry guys and gals...i've been over on Fraser island for a few days.
I had to put the boys in a kennel (pet resort) while i was away. Not the ideal situation since Bronx is still so new to us but the holiday had been booked for months.
I was worried sick .....thinking they'd both hate me forever for leaving them. (1st time i've ever used a kennel). But they went really well !!!
I was mobbed by Mojo first. Finally got him in the ute....then came out the 'machine'....Bronxy. Man this guy has some energy.. He dragged me around the ute then back inside the foyer before i managed to get him in the vehicle. As i got in i found myself sharing the front seat with 2 big dogs slobbering all over me. The buggers had both jumped over !!!
Well what a drive home.....2 big slobbering hypo puppys STOKED to see daddy again !! I dont know how we made it home without crashing !!! Time to teach these big buggers to sit in the back of the ute like normal aussie dogs LOL.
Bronx is doing really well. Infact i'd go so far to say he's bulletproof. He loves everyone...super friendly.....but hypo !!!
He still needs A LOT of training but i wanted him to settle in well before we go there. He's the worst leash puller i've ever seen let alone been dragged along by.
Mojo seems so chilled out compared to the hypo Bronx. The boys play really well but they play rough....nipping at each others necks as they chase each other. And that resulted in Mojo getting a rash type abrasion which got infected before i even realised it was there. So they are seperated while the antibiotics do thier thing and the wound heals up.
Bronx has become part of the family very quickly and easily....nothing seems to phase him. He loves the kids and dosnt seem to fazed that he sleeps outside while Mojo sleeps inside. I trying my best to fatten him up a bit.....he's still skinny but he seems to burn of all his tucker with his hypo craziness. We are of to the vets this week to get microchipped and heart worm injections and then get him registered aswell.
Still a long way to go but so far so good.
Now where are those satan ball recipes...gotta get some weight on them bones. (in moderation of course).
Welcome back !
You was missed !!!!!!!!!!
Pleased the pups also enjoyed their holiday - now they will go home to rest and relax !!!!
Catch heaps of fish ?
Aah Fraser! Jealous!! Sounds like everything is going fantastic
There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.
Welcome back Sean - glad you enjoyed your holiday!
I couldn't help laughing at the mental image of Bronx dragging you around - hilarious!!
