    Default I Need Help!!!!! Please

I am looking for a special home for my Kelpie X puppy that I rescued from the death row 2 months ago...I don't want to let her go as she is an extremely loving and loyal pup but my Mum fell over and broke her hip 2 weeks ago and now I have to find Bonnie a good home as I have no time for her since my Mum's accident...I don't want her to go back to the pound or send her to the RSPCA because she has a heart of gold...She needs a family who is home a lot as she suffers from severe anxiety as a result of being dumped by her previous owner...She is not aggressive towards other dogs, kids or people she just wants to play all the time...She needs a massive back yard to run around in or a farm...She adores all kids especially the teenage kids as Bonnie loves to play soccer, the little kids she tends to knock over...She loves the beach, the park, and her walks, she also loves her food as her last owners starved her to death...Bonnie is 8 months old and might need some more training...In the 2 months that I have had her I have taught her how to sit, shake hands and walk on a lead...I've also house train her so she can sleep inside... Bonnie has been de-sexed, micro chipped, registered, wormed and I have given her all her needles so she is up to date until next year...
Bonnie is a high energy dog and needs a loving and patient family who is going to put the time into her as she is an extremely intelligent, and funny too, I am very happy if you would like to take Bonnie on a trial basis first...
You can call on 0431280388...I am on the Central Coast

    Hi Zita

You might want to look up one of these groups in your area.
The PetRescue Shelter Directory - New South Wales | PetRescue

By the way - "Central Coast" does not mean anything to anyone who has not lived in NSW. Nearest town and state might be a better way of saying the area you live in.

It's very sad you feel you have to give up this dog / puppy after only two months. I would still consider going back to where you got her. The younger the puppy is the better the chance it has of finding a new home.

And I bet if this was your child - you would find a way to keep her. I imagine a kelpie would be smart enough to learn to pick up things off the floor and open doors and find things eg a pets as therapy dog. But a wiggly adolescent kelpie puppy might be quite the handful.

I hope you find a way to make it work for everybody and I hope your mum gets her hip fixed.

Poor girl. Does she have any working ability?
My grandpa lives in NSW on a sheep farm. I could ask him if he's interested.

    Hi,

I think Zita found the new owner after a few weeks since she posted this thread. I trust she sent an email to Morgan to close the op.
I love cooking but I love eating even more.
