    Default Staffy Needing New Home

    hi
my 7 month old english staffy kooy needs a home.i am giving him away because of my mother thinking he makes to much mess and is not liking him anymore but the rest of the family is devastated that he has to go. to be honest he does have a few behaviour problems like chewing, somtimes nipping and jumping. we keep him outide but he wants to be inside with us but we cant so he needs somone that allows him inside. he doesnt show any aggresion to anyone or any dogs. he is uptodate with his vacciantions and he is registered to the coucill. i you would like to take him please jus pm me and i will get back to you.
    thank you

Hi, Is he staffy cross? He looks long in the leg and nose, but maybe hard to tell from photo.
Is he desexed? If not I would be very wary re homing an un desexed dog. If you can have him de sexed that would be great, otherwise he could land in the hands of BYB.
    Good Luck

You're getting rid of the dog because he's "messy" and because he wants to come inside? Is it a rented house?

What do you expect from a 7 month old puppy? Who got the puppy in the first place? =/ I suggest they don't acquire another one.

If he is not de sexed then surrender him to a reputable shelter.
If you re -home him un desexed he could be used for breeding.

Hi Ollie to be honest I dont think your boy is a purebred all though he is gorgeous! Possibly crossed with an American Staff but possibly not. He looks a little too big to be a pure stafford, although pics can be deceiving. Can't really go by his head shape because I have seen staffords with the same head, not bred to standard but still pure.

Ok so your mum has had enough. How old are you may I ask? You sound only young. What everyone is trying to say about him not being desexed is that someone might take him and use him to breed, which isn't good. However depending on your circumstances this doesn't automatically mean that you should surrender him to a rescue group eg. RSPCA. You have the option of getting him desexed and possibly charging the new owner the price of the surgery instead of giving him away. Or you can screen homes thoroughly before giving him away entire.

Is there any chance that if you promised your mum you would keep him clean, give him LOTS of exercise and take him to dog obedience (to help with the nipping etc) that she may let you keep him?

Im really quite interested in how old you are.

    hi
im only 16 years old. i have enrolled him ti obedience classes. so should be going on sunday. im doing everything to keep him with me . i hope that the classes will help me. yea i understand the breeding and not de sexing him. and yea i am starting to think that he is not pure. i am think that he is crossed with a ridge back because he does have a dark line on his neck and half way on the back. not really sure now
