    Default Guess what Guess what

    Hi everyone

Guess what I got on the week end???? I got a beautiful little puppy, Yes we picked her up on friday. When i work out how to add photos I will put some up.
She is the cutest little girl. She is amstaff x bull mastiff. Brindle and 10 weeks old. I love her sooooo much. She has settled in very well and is getting spoiled rotten. The kids are very good with her and she with them.

Wonderful news, now the fun starts! Our baby is now 4 months' old and it has been a great journey. Take lots of photos as they grow so quickly. Start the training early you will benefit immediately; and start the socializing as soon as you can. Check with your vet for puppy schools.

Yeah it is the same one. Her name is toffee(forgot to add that in) cause she is just so sweet and we go all gooey.
She can sit and we are working on gentle(she is a bit nippy cause she gets excited) and come(she finds things and takes off with them and we have to follow her to get them back)......I remind the kids that it is important to train her the right way now otherwise she will still do the naughty things when she is big and that wont be good for her, them and anybody else around, cause her breed people are already going to be scared of her and they wont give her a chance.
She has only has 1 needle so dont I need to wait for the 2nd one before she can go to puppy school??? I was told she needs it when she is 14 weeks.

Toffee, hehe, how cute!!!!! Just remind your littlest ones, not to pull her tail. My kids know this but still do it to Oskar and they don't like it at all. My girls also stir him up, then cry when he gets all excited and scratches them by accident or jumps and knocks them over!! I tell them constantly grrr. LOL,
anyway can't wait to see Little Miss Toffee!!!

Regarding needles, she will need 3, (I'm just looking at Oskar's vaccination certificate)

He had c2 and c3 at 6 weeks

he had c5 at about 10 -11 weeks (thats when we took him)

then a booster at about 15 weeks. It says she can have that one between 14-16 weeks.

How exciting ... love puppies ... waiting patiently for photos

Do make the most of her when she's small, they grow HUGE in their first year, my dog went from 11.5kgs to 29kgs in 7 months, seems like yesterday she was so small I had her in the collar of my old dog who was a pug x ... it doesn't come close to fitting now
