My first guess is ringworm. Banjo got it soon after we got her and it does start as something that looks like warts. Bloody annoying fungal infection!

Best to take her to the vet for confirmation. But do tell them you suspect ringworm when you book an appointment because they might want you to bypass the waiting room as it can be very infectious. Banjo got it from our foster cats and my daughter and I got it too. It's fairly easy to treat with creams, but it does take some time to clear up.

I can't remember exactly what they are called but they are similar to pimples. A lot of pups get them when they are young (mine did) and usually they just go away on their own. Keep on eye on them and if they start to look sore/infected or change in size then take your pup to the vet.

I reckon it is puppy pimples :P They can get something like canine acne which is simply a staph infection of the skin. When I got my dogue his entire chest and stomach was covered in those things because of his previous owners poor diet choice.

Use something like stainless steel bowls and wash them between each meal, wipe his face with a weak iodine solution (should look like weak black tea) at least 2-3 times a day. If it doesnt clear up go to the vet to get a few days worth of antibiotics.
