    You use the term 'breeder' too loosely puppyfun. I feel the term byber is more suited.

    An optimist sees the glass as half full;
    A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

    I suggest you search around for your puppy as our breed of dog was dearer in NSW than SA. We got our puppy flown over and its was only the cost of a 1 way plane ticket.

    Our breeder gave us heaps of photos of the parents and puppies, information etc and we still keep in touch.

    I again suggest do search around.
    How is 3 breeds counted as one? I'm confused....

    Ok, my friend has found a breeder in NSW. She says by the time freight is included it will cost the same as pups over here, but she is very happy with them. And they offer lifelong support.

    So they will be getting a pup in September

    my friend recently bought a beautiful choc lab pup for 750 dollars. Munster is so awesome and really good looking. I paid 800 for my shepherd, 100 for my mastiff, 250 for my jack russel and 50 for my kelpie from a farm in Cowra. 1500 means it better be show quality

    Hooray! I'm glad they found a breeder they can trust.

    Yeah, I still think it's a lot of money but I guess they are prepared to pay that much. And if they're happy with the breeder and it's a healthy pup then I guess that's all that matters.

    Yes I was very glad to hear they obviously care about their dogs!

    Ok time to bump this thread because lil puppy has arrived!!!

    'Stellar' was flown over yesterday with one of her brothers who was also coming to WA. Kris brought her into work today for us to have a looksie.

    She and OH are having this week off work, and next week she will probably leave Stellar at her mum's place so she can duck in at lunch time.

    I have a couple of pics so I will post them when I get home
