Best (or is that worst) name that I know is Shanda Leer. Yes it was deliberate and yes it is real sadly.

Just go out to your nearest football oval and yell each one in turn and see how you feel.

Pretty sure Zephyr - would be come Zep or ZepZep fairly quickly...

    Sooty

    Coal
Ash and Ashley or Ashleigh and Asha (tho names ending in "a" are mostly girl names)
Smudge (tho that can be hard to yell)

I still like "Cookie" as in Choc Chip Cookie or Cookies and Cream Icecream - cos thats what his face looks like...
A friend of mine had a Dalmation called Ash he was a gorgeous dog
sadly he passed away recently </3

I am sticking with Morse as in the code.
But it ain't my dog and you do have to be happy with the name.
But as for all our dogs they all came to the nickname they got over time.
With my boy I had his name in my mind for a real long time, and I honestly think it does suit him.
Maybe try to call him a name at a time and see which name he reacts to the most, just like they supposably did on the movie Beethoven. Its worth a try.

Locky - as in Darren Lockyer. He will always be a winner with a name like that.
