I like Monty too. And a few others. I wish I'd come here before I named my rescue dog. Now we are stuck with a name that I don't really like!

He looks like he's stuck his nose into a bowl of chocolate chips, so

    chips
    cookie (choc chip cookie)
    Mo - for moustache

or Charlie - as in Charlie Chaplin or CC

If we're doing the weather adjective
    Snowy
    Dusty

And for some reason black and white makes me think of periwinkle (snails) or maybe Perry for short.

And given he has a patch on one eye - you can go for all the pirate names, though I'm kind of fond of "Sparrow" for "Captain Jack Sparrow"...

    PS the obvious ones -
    Pepper,
    Dotty (for a girl Dally)
    Dash (dot dot dash dot...)

    Hmmmm *thinking*

Oreo (pretty obvious reason there lol)

Jacko (Michael Jackson - Black or White)

Some that have absolutely no meaning but I just like, Forest, Archer, Scorch, Colt.
