    Depends on age.
IMO it is no longer needed after they are weaned well and are eating a good diet.

    How old is the puppy?

Once they're over about 8 weeks of age, they probably don't need it.

Personally I can't see the point of it, except to make money for the manufacturers. I sometimes give my dog a little bit of full cream cows milk ie about a quarter cup, or a few dessert spoonfuls of yogurt.

I give it to mine as a treat on occasion... so that they can have puppy cereal for breaky... very lame I know! But they like it.

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

Ive been softening up the kibble with puppy milk and water. Then tipping out the excess.
I'm probably just going to use up the 2 containers i have and then not buy anymore.

I use plain yogurt. I can't stand the greek stuff, so I get the other plain yogurt.

My fav is the Margaret river pot set, but I sometimes get Paris Creek plain yogurt. I think one of them calls it "swiss style". Neither have any added sugar, it's just milk and cultures.

I used to get a plain yogurt in a green and white pack but it costs more than the Paris Creek. Go figure.

Anything unsweetened with no added flavours that you like would be ok in my unprofessional not a dog nutritionist opinion.

She really doesn't need it at this age but you may as well use up the opened tin.
