    Smile Wrong Size Worming Chews!!!

Hi so I bought the sentinel dog chews for medium dogs for my pup who is nearly 11 weeks. On Wednesday last week she had her 2nd vaccination and a health check. The vet weighed her and she was 7.5 kilos. I bought the chews thinking she was heavier (before I saw the vet). These chews are for dogs weighing 11-22 kilos. Should I buy different ones or just half them? Unsure what to do?!?

    Thanks

I always buy bigger worming chews and tablets as they often work out cheaper, and then just cut them down to size.
Same with flea medication, buy the 20kg packets and just apply half to each dog.

phew! Thanks I was freaking out for a bit there. Is it normal for puppies to sleep a lot? She is a lab x ridgeback and is growing quickly but the last 2 days she seems to be sleeping so much. She still gets hyper and playful and is eating/drinking normally and her poos are normal.

    Thanks again

    Yep, completely normal.

Pups will often have an hour of being complete ferals, then 2 hours of sleep, then back up being feral again.
If she is eating fine and seems healthy then it sounds like normal puppy behavior.

ok I was just worrying, her nose is dry but don't know if that means anything? She is such a sook she did go a bit crazy in the yard this afternoon - digging!!! so maybe that's why.

    Thank you

It shouldn't be a bother, my dog weights at 30 kg when fit, but I get the 40kg tab to make sure lol, never been sick or anything.
If you find yourself going through hell; Don't stay. Just keep on going.
