    Maybe a careful suggestion that next time it would be better not to support breeders selling through pets shops would've been more effective. And would have definitely sounded less unfriendly and patronising.

    I am no good at coming up with names either! But I do like Frodo and it suits him. And it kind of sounds like a real dog name too.

    He's likely to have loads of energy. Every Pug x I have ever known has been a bit of a ratbag so I'd possibly choose a name that will suit an active personality.

    The pup has not yet been bought.

    Perhaps we were hoping we could prevent this .
