Naming is hard, we just got a German Shepherd pup and called him Jedd.
    Just from baby names
Few others tossed around were: Hunter, Ranger, Duke, Beau, Mack
    Good luck

Boof got his name from my dad, Boof was chasing me up the back path one day and I jumped up on to the retaining wall and Boof ran straight into it, Dad turned around and said"that dog you have there is a real Boof-Head" and it just stuck.

Mishka's name was Sally when we got her. It didnt suit and im not real fond of that name, I just called out Mishka and her ears prickes and she came running straight to me. Like that name was just for her.

Holly was already called that and it just suited her.

Princess is just that, a lil Princess.

Sheeby got her name in a simular way to Mishka, only we called out names we liked and that was the one she responded to.

Diesel is called that cos he looks dirty and rough/Rusty just like my other half rusty old diesel Ute. and it suites.

My sister has a dog called Two, she is one of sheebys pups and she was the 2nd one born and we used to call her 2IC and Two has stuck.

I discarded the first couple of names I had for puppy as they were un-yellable across football ovals as was the name she had been given by AWL. My writer friend came up with the name we stuck with - vaguely based on her salt and pepper colouring.

My Partner and I LOVE horses so we named both our dogs after our favourite horses - APACHE CAT & SUBZERO :-) which is hilarious when we are running with them the punters know what we are talking about and have a giggle.!
