AGB, that was an excellent idea (and wording!) - sometimes people just won't actually listen, but they will pay attention if it's in writing.

Can someone send me this TOT stuff? It sounds interesting and I'd love to have a read

Of course! He is a handsome boy who I have already spent some time with, but he will come to me "to be taught some manners" for a week before he goes to his forever home.

He has been temp tested and is a happy go lucky fellow but could pull an elephant over and jumps on everything in sight! So he will come here where four children 3 daycare children two cats three other dogs and me will whip (confuse startle and generally send him to the loony bin!!) him into line!!

    Deep breaths sweetie

She will shush soon, it is taking longer because barking has been getting her what she wants. It will stop, I promise you that.

As far as your mum goes, think of what is in the letter and be calm when you're talking to her. Being upset won't get a good reaction at all.
