OH said she jumped up on the table again and pawed at the container of treats! It was closed preperly this time so she couldn't get to them but she tried! You think she would of learn't her lesson!
Good to hear she's passed through her 'eating frenzy' unscathed, Amy.

The lesson to be learnt may also be to not allow her to jump up onto tables?

Yes! We are working on this one! She knows its not on! When we leave the lounge room she sometimes thinks its a good opportunity to jump onto the coffee table! But as soon as I stick my heard around the corner she is jumping down with a "I'm sorry I know it was wrong look on her face"! We just have to say "No, Down!" and she is down!!! Guess we just keep working on it!

and in the mean time put any edibles away in a cupboard...if she can jump onto a table or bench then until you get it sorted the less that's there to tempt here might mean she won't feel inclined to try to jump up...make it really boring!

And then spray her? Even if she is jumping down as I enter the room?

Ok...just double checking. Are the "No Down" growls not the same as the spray though? Or do you think the spray would have more of an effect?\

ETA: DO I say "NO DOWN" while spraying her?

I would say...OFF...if she goes off...no spraying...if she doesn't go off.....spray and say OFF again

Ok! Thanks! Can this go for "down" to...like when she puts her top to paws up? This is something that is a bit hit & miss. She goes down on her own terms sometimes...not immediately!
