    Default Inca Update

Can't keep stealing the apology thread, so will update here in a new one...

Inca ate all her dinner, and this morning has just polished off all her breakfast. I can feel her body heat is really down. Could possibly go down a bit more, so will see how she goes today.
She tried to take my pyjamas out into the garden this morning, so I think she's feeling a tad better, don't you? Lol.

My gosh she is sooo good with taking tablets.

The fluid in her tummy has gone, there is no liquid squishing around that I can feel, and no noises coming from her gut either.

Will see how she is this afternoon after a full 24 hours of having the antibiotics started.

Thanks all for your concern. When it's a puppy that becomes ill it is so much more worrisome for me. Have also realised that she had her vaccination the day before going to her new home, which wasn't the best timing IMO.

I am happy "little" Inca is feeling better! It is never nice to see them in distress. The antobiotics tend to work quickly (it always does with my dogs when they have Gastro).

Yeah, amazing how quick they can kick in. She has done one poo, and it's great.

God, sound like a queero saying that - well, you know what I mean. Lol.

Yes I know...when Sumo had bleeding bowels and was really sick...I was out in the garden...checking every time...yelling to Steve..."it is a good poop this this...nice and formed...no blood".... The whole freaking neighbourhood could hear this mad woman yelling about perfect poops and what a good boy Sumo was

I can soooo relate to that, but in my case it's my husband looking at me wondering if he needs to call a specialist! Sigh. I talk to myself a lot. Hell, I just talk a lot!
