    Default Puppy Games

If there is another relavant thread pls point me in that direction...

Would love some ideas for games to keep them happy. We have rope, balls, stuffed toys already. But prehaps some suggestions of games relavant to what they are breed for originally? (mastiffs-x) Help keep their minds stimulated.

    tia for any help

I'm probably not much help, I have a kelpie mix and I turn everything into a game, including his training!

You can play hide and go seek, crawl around on the floor with them, hide and seek with treats is good too. Umm, lots of fetch/retrieve games, recall games - like sending the dog from one person to another.

I don't know what mastiff's were bred for so I can't help with breed specific games, but mostly just have fun with them.

Nothing should ever be a chore. If it's fun they will be far more interested, particularly when they are young!

From the reading I have done, it was to get the poachers on the land and sit on them till the owner/master got there. lol
