Default Mollie's Progress Thus Far ;)

Thought I’d give an update on Mollie’s progress in socialisation with new people.
I decided on socialising Mollie slowly with people 1 on 1.
I definitely don’t want to rush her and am letting her get used to people on her own accord
I have been working with her with an 8yr old girl called Lily, who is the daughter of one of mum’s friends’ of whom, comes over quite often and has always admired Mollie.

At the start, Mollie would bark and have her tail between her legs, but now she has gotten to the stage with Lily where she will happily play fetch with her and lick her hands. It took time and it took effort, but it was well worth it.

I am going to keep working with her, slowly and steadily with new people

Her time on the leash is also going very well I have been taking her on walks every morning and every evening

I’ll just leave you with 2 photoe’s of Mollie after her walk this morning to feast upon:

I am really happy Just thought to let you guys know things are feeling and getting better, slow and steady wins the race

    Thanks guys xxxxxxx
I wont call it a 'success' yet, but an improvement
A whole lot of people came over tonight and most were boys o.O
Mollie is very frightened and is barking alot. I have just been ignoring her as she does this.
I'll keep working with her, I wont give up
I will just continue working slowly with her.
-- Oh and yes, I WUV her fuzzy fur! I am unsure as to whether she will stay a 'rough' furred or whether her hair will grow longer. We shall see!

    Well done, Demi.

Success doesn't happen overnight, but each step towards it is so satisfying, isn't it!?!
