    Pretty took a while to do the best feeding position but she only had 6 to deal with. (now only 4 as 2 died)

    Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

    With the feding, Judge, you (or OH) just need to keep showing her how to lay down so she can feed them. Keep in mind that she needs to be comfortable, or else she won't want to lay down for them again.

    It's like any other training in the way that when she feeds them well give her praise so she knows she's done a good job and you are happy with her.

    it is in my blue heeler thread. I put them out in the box/pen area at about 8 days old.. It was not excessively hot but it looks like Pretty decided to take the day off from feeding, lying by the door and wanting to be in with us. I revived the others and all were inside till about a week ago.

    Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

    I dont think I have praised an animal as much in my life! and I praise A LOT!

    Hm still got my fingers crossed though ...JUST in case!

    Awww, I love the ones that are curled around her mouth and between her foot....so cute!!

    Keep the pics coming too, I had to. I was actually told in no uncertain terms on the phone by someone that more were due, today, lol.
