    Good morning all,

I have started a post in general dog forum about this collar, but it was more of a question. But i got a post and it got me thinking. Im am not sure if any of you are aware of this new collar its called Fydo Sporty Solid Resistant Dog Collar i found it on the net, when we were looking at collars for Jade. Ebay international sell them and you can get them through american website's.

Just thought you may want to check them out.

I have the rogz for dogz landing strip - double line of reflective thread and rog loc for my dog. However she has tried to hang herself on the picket gate once, so I'm thinking maybe a breakaway collar would be a better idea. It depends how often it would get chewed off by other dogs when they play with Frosty. Frosty likes chewing rubber, so the rubber collar would be a major chew attraction for her, even/especially if it was on another dog.

I guess the good thing about the rubber one is that it wouldn't stretch when wet, but then again - maybe it's an optical illusion that happens when the dog shrinks when her fur is all wet (at the beach). I put the Rogz collar in the washing machine, along with the sensible harness from time to time. Seems to work.
